Patna : Bihar Police is now investing the death of Sushant Singh Rajput after Mumbai Police was mistreating its officials. They said that they are unable to find or locate Sushant Singh Rajput ‘s Girlfriend Actress Rhea Chakraborty.
Bihar Director of General of Police (DGP) Gupteshwar Pandey said that “The investigation is in its initial stages and is in the court… We have not been able to locate her (Rhea Chakraborty) yet, but we are trying to,” also mentioned Supreme Court to give order.
Sushant Singh Rajput had died last month on June 14 in his apartment which is located in Mumbai’s Bandra. After the case has been filed by Sushant’s Father against Rhea “abetment to suicide” in Patna, the four man squad of Bihar Police Arrived to Mumbai on Wednesday.
One of the Officer mentioned if Sushant’s Father wants to involve CBI, but Police are against it.
He also denied reports that the Bihar officials was mistreated by Mumbai Police.
DGP Mr. Pandey said, “Sushant was not only Bihar’s son, he was entire India’s son, We are giving our best efforts to bring justice to Sushant Singh.”
News coming regarding Mumbai Police, Bihar Police Official Manoranjan Bharti mentioned “They are helping us in the investigation.”
“It is not needed right now. She is under our watch.” another official Kaisar Alam said.
“The Chief Minister will definitely act if demand for a CBI inquiry comes from the family of (Sushant) Rajput.” said by Bihar minister and a very close friend of state CM Nitish Kumar, Sanjay Kumar Jha.
This week in Patna, Mr Krishna Kumar Singh (Father of Sushant), filed complainst againts Rhea and 6 other members, involvement of her family members claimed “abetment to suicide”. Till now, Mumbai Police already investigated in this matter, questioned many people from the industry who were very closed to him.
The Enforcement Directorate filed a money laundering case based on a First Information Report by Mr Rajput’s father.
Ms Chakraborty, accused of cheating and harassment, broke her silence on Friday and said tearfully in a video released by her lawyers: “Truth shall prevail.”
“I have immense faith in god and the judiciary. I believe that I will get justice,” she had said.
